This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery process for intricate web and technical projects, from initial discovery to ongoing maintenance and support.
• Proactively manage project scope, schedule, and budget, conduct standup meetings, foresee cross-team impacts, and ensure accountability for yourself and your team regarding commitments.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Convert complex technical information into straightforward, accessible communication, confidently present delivery plans during client meetings, and create documentation for client-facing purposes.
• Facilitate daily collaboration between development and project management teams.
• Negotiate resource requirements, collaborate with engineering to pinpoint scopes or technical strategies that minimize costs or risks, generate development tickets, and guarantee consistent handoffs, reporting, and post-deployment support.
• Oversee process optimization for your projects and contribute to the overall methodology of the PMO.
• Explore AI tools and trends pertinent to enhancing project delivery efficiency. Share findings with colleagues and assist in promoting the adoption of improvements to our project management and delivery toolkit.
• Over 5 years of progressive project management experience within a digital agency or consulting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex web projects independently, including aspects such as scope, budget, schedule, and client communication.
• Prior development experience is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in Drupal and/or WordPress sufficient to facilitate technical discussions with engineering teams without the need for developer support.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, along with experience in mentoring others about these processes.
• Experience collaborating with sales or client development teams in scoping, estimation, and proposal creation.
• Familiarity with AI tools that are relevant to project delivery, with a proactive approach to researching and sharing valuable insights with peers.
• Excellent client presentation and communication skills, including the capability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to produce clear, professional memos, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of success in remote work settings.
