Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Deliver projects while adhering to client constraints (budget, scope, timelines), quality standards, and Uptech best practices;

• Gather and analyze project requirements, creating technical documentation: business requirements, user stories, and use cases;

• Develop detailed project plans and monitor their execution using tools (Jira, Spreadsheets);

• Identify and engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;

• Define potential risks and take proactive measures to preemptively address issues;

• Manage project teams, improve processes, and oversee team performance;

• Assess the cost of proposed solutions during the pre-sale and development stages;

• Conduct research activities such as user interviews, competitor analysis, UX testing, etc.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management within IT outsourcing;

• Experience in creating IT products from scratch while adhering to client constraints regarding scope, budget, and timelines;

• Understanding of web and mobile development principles: knowledge of APIs, client-server communication, basic database concepts, and cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure);

• Ability to gather information from clients and users and translate it into business requirements, user stories, and software requirements;

• Skill in prioritizing product functionality development according to stakeholder needs;

• Experience in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional teams;

• Proven ability to resolve conflicts successfully and minimize risks;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;

• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
