Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of web application features and initiatives across diverse engineering teams.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering leaders to convert product requirements into actionable delivery plans.

• Organize the development and rollout of web platform features, template systems, and integrations.

• Manage interdependencies among frontend, backend, and platform teams.

• Monitor project milestones, identify delivery risks, and assess team progress.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

• Ensure effective communication among engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

• Assist teams in pinpointing and resolving obstacles related to technical dependencies, APIs, and system integrations.

• Contribute to the enhancement of delivery processes, documentation, and collaborative practices within the team.

• Evaluate delivery health through metrics such as velocity, cycle time, incident rates, and release stability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management or technical program management.

• Proven experience working closely with software engineering teams in developing web applications.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering web-based products or SaaS platforms.

• Strong grasp of Agile development methodologies.

• Experience managing projects that involve APIs, integrations, and web services.

• Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, and QA.

• Practical experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

• Ability to clearly communicate technical trade-offs and delivery risks to stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
