Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of technical projects from start to finish.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to establish project scope, priorities, timelines, and milestones.

• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Facilitate Agile project delivery across diverse cross-functional teams.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles to ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Convert business requirements into actionable technical execution plans.

• Develop project documentation, monitor metrics, and continually enhance delivery processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management within software engineering teams.

• At least 5 years of experience in a SaaS or technology-focused organization.

• Over 3 years of experience leading Agile software development projects.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional technical programs from the planning stage to delivery.

• Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and comparable project management tools.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.

• Preferred qualifications include PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.

• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams.

• Background in enterprise software or rapidly growing SaaS companies.

• Capability to lead through influence and effectively navigate ambiguity.
