Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Ensure team organization and progress: Coordinate meetings, ceremonies, and project logistics to keep teams aligned and productive.

• Maintain clear communication: Document notes, decisions, and action items during client and internal meetings, and promptly share updates with stakeholders.

• Facilitate tracking and follow-up: Oversee action items, dependencies, and deadlines, following up with relevant owners to sustain delivery momentum.

• Foster effective collaboration: Enhance communication among cross-functional teams (technical leads, engineers, client stakeholders), minimizing friction and misunderstandings.

• Identify project risks and obstacles: Actively monitor and collaborate with the technical team to provide solutions that keep the engagement on course.

• Advocate lightweight agile practices: Assist the team in adopting simple and effective agile habits such as ceremonies, visual boards, and feedback loops, to enhance predictability and transparency.

• Proven experience working with IT or technology teams in an agile setting.

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with a history of building relationships to influence and drive change.

• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Demonstrated attributes of a strong team player with a proactive approach.

• Agile mindset, with experience in performing Scrum Master responsibilities or facilitating agile ceremonies across various teams.

• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience managing data or software projects, ideally within analytics, ML/AI, or data engineering environments.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Databricks, AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain a positive, confident, and resourceful demeanor in complex or unpredictable situations.

• Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong technical understanding, with the ability to comprehend and communicate technical challenges and program execution.

• Certifications such as CSM, PSM, or Agile Project Management are advantageous.

• Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc.
