This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Join a collaborative, cross-functional team focused on developing high-impact features that improve user experiences within the system.
• Oversee the smooth functioning of daily operations, sprint execution, and ensure alignment among engineering, design, QA, and leadership teams.
• Take charge of sprint planning, management, and execution to guarantee that delivery stays on schedule and meets project objectives.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to write and refine user stories, tickets, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead bug triage sessions, prioritize technical debt, and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
• Maintain effective daily coordination among squad members, design, QA, and project leadership.
• Facilitate standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and planning sessions to uphold team morale and velocity.
• Monitor sprint progress, identify blockers early, and escalate risks to stakeholders with actionable solutions.
• Keep clear documentation of project scope, decisions, dependencies, and timelines.
• Serve as a communication link between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements and technical constraints effectively.
• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or a related role in agile software delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of sprint management, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies.
• Practical experience in writing comprehensive user stories, tickets, and acceptance criteria.
• Capability to lead bug triage sessions and prioritize technical tasks alongside feature delivery.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Technical understanding to engage in engineering discussions regarding risks and dependencies.
• Background in backend or full-stack development environments (TypeScript, Node.js, or similar technologies).
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and deployment workflows.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
• Experience in dynamic, high-growth, or startup-like environments with rapid iteration cycles.
