Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate, multi-disciplinary technology programs from inception to completion.

• Guarantee the effective implementation of technical initiatives by coordinating engineering teams.

• Define and manage comprehensive program plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.

• Coordinate various agile teams to achieve integrated platform, product, or architectural results.

• Identify, monitor, and address risks, issues, and dependencies across teams and workstreams.

• Ensure alignment across teams regarding priorities, scope, and technical direction.

• Facilitate engineering planning cycles, readiness for release, and reviews of technical dependencies.

• Deliver transparent, data-driven updates on program status, delivery health, and associated risks.

• Advocate for engineering and delivery best practices across teams.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of combined experience in software delivery, technical project/program management, engineering leadership, or related roles.

• In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and contemporary cloud-native architectures.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-team technology programs.

• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, particularly within technical environments.

• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders or in regulated sectors (e.g., health and security).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Certifications such as PMI-ACP, PMP, SAFe, CSM, or their equivalents are advantageous.
