Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee large-scale manufacturing transformation initiatives that incorporate automation, equipment, and digital technologies.

• Guide projects from the definition of requirements and development of architecture to the selection of integrators, implementation, and deployment at sites.

• Collaborate with teams across Engineering, Operations, Digital, Facilities, Supply Chain, and technical experts.

• Manage changes related to equipment, controls, digital systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure.

• Supervise system integrators and external partners to meet technical, scheduling, cost, and performance goals.

• Convey program objectives, progress, risks, decisions, and business impacts across various organizational levels.

• Achieve operational and financial enhancements through standardized, scalable architectures and repeatable solutions.

• Assist global teams and initiatives while maintaining scheduling flexibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

• Proven experience in leading large, complex technical or manufacturing projects from the concept stage to implementation.

• Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams and technical experts across diverse organizations.

• Full-cycle project execution experience encompassing requirements, scope, schedule, budget, risk management, integrator coordination, and stakeholder communication.

• Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry or a closely associated technical field.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without company-sponsored immigration now or in the future.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or possess qualifying immigration status for the role.

• Preferred experience in manufacturing automation, industrial equipment, digital manufacturing, controls, or systems integration.

• Prior involvement in or leadership of manufacturing modernization or transformation projects is preferred.

• Experience in selecting and managing system integrators, equipment suppliers, or external technical partners is preferred.

• Systems-level thinking to connect technical decisions with operational performance, scalability, and business value is preferred.
