Delivery Technical Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within the Delivery area alongside the Delivery Project Manager (DPM), providing technical support for the implementation of products at client sites.

• Stay informed about functionalities, technical characteristics, and configuration options of the products.

• Engage from the kickoff phase, contributing technical definitions and supporting planning and implementation.

• Proactively identify issues that may impact the installation and operation of the product.

• Lead the technical implementation of solutions, from architectural design to production deployment.

• Serve as the technical focal point to address inquiries and resolve technical issues for clients.

• Collect information and conduct detailed analyses for engineering handoffs.

• Collaborate in seeking technical solutions.

• Support post-sale consulting instances when the client requests personalized technical assistance.

• Work effectively under pressure, communicate clearly, and manage demanding client expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent technical training with professional certifications.

• Proficient in English suitable for the role.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical implementation roles.

• Experience leading technical teams is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills in complex project environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Knowledge or experience in managing Linux and Windows Server environments.

• Familiarity with web platform management such as Apache Tomcat and NGINX.

• Understanding of databases, scripting, and SQL, including Postgres and MSSQL; tuning experience is desirable.

• Experience with API REST/SOAP simulation and diagnostic tools, including Postman and SoapUI.

• Logical analysis of integrations, testing, and problem determination.

• Troubleshooting skills and log analysis capabilities.

• Experience in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure for production applications.

• Knowledge of client-server architecture.
