This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Engage with clients to gain insights into their workflows, processes, and CRM needs.
• Record and relay project requirements to the internal CRM development team.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and manage client expectations.
• Ensure the implementation of CRM solutions aligns with client specifications.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience with **GoHighLevel (GHL)** and various CRM systems.
• Solid understanding of CRM workflows, automations, and business processes.
• Capability to collect detailed client requirements and clearly document workflows.
• Experience in converting business needs into technical specifications for implementation teams.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organized with strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work during U.S. hours.
