This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

• Oversee Shopify and eCommerce website projects from inception to completion.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams including development, design, QA, and strategy.

• Direct Agile workflows which encompass sprint planning, daily standups, task monitoring, and retrospectives.

• Create and uphold project timelines, documentation, and status reports.

• Convert business requirements into actionable tasks and technical specifications.

• Keep track of project scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies.

• Ensure that deliverables are finished on schedule and adhere to quality standards.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Detect bottlenecks and facilitate solutions to ensure efficient project progression.

• Assist in process enhancements and initiatives aimed at operational efficiency.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing Shopify, eCommerce, or web development projects.

• Prior experience in a digital agency or fast-paced setting.

• In-depth understanding of the Shopify and Shopify Plus ecosystems.

• Experience in managing website builds, redesigns, migrations, or systems integrations.

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines simultaneously.

• Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent platforms.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.

• Full-Time Position M-F from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time
