Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic medium- and large-scale projects from their inception to completion

• Establish project scope, goals, timelines, budget, and deliverables

• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership

• Create and uphold comprehensive project plans

• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks

• Track KPIs and ensure compliance with timelines and budget

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams in technology, product, operations, and other areas

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders

• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management approaches

• Address conflicts and eliminate project obstacles

• Deliver executive status updates and performance metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban

• Proficient in tools like Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms

• Experience in budget management and financial oversight

• Expertise in risk management and strategic planning

• Strong leadership and influencing capabilities

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Negotiation abilities

• Strategic, results-driven mindset

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

• Preferred certifications include PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
