This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting engagements focused on cybersecurity and technology.
• Take ownership of comprehensive project governance, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration.
• Establish project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
• Create and uphold detailed project plans, RAID logs, and governance structures.
• Facilitate project team meetings, client consultations, and executive status updates.
• Identify, monitor, and address risks and issues; escalate as necessary to program leadership.
• Serve as the principal operational point of contact, managing daily client interactions.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams that integrate technical cybersecurity execution, organizational change management, and program oversight.
• Communicate project health, financial status, and milestone achievements to leadership and client stakeholders.
• Adapt to adjacent responsibilities as required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience in project management is acceptable.
• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in consulting, cybersecurity, or professional services.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, ServiceNow, or similar applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple projects across both technical and non-technical domains.
• PMP or CAPM certification is beneficial; Scrum Master or Lean Six Sigma certifications are also valued.
• Possess a startup mindset — adept at creating processes where none exist and agile enough to pivot as priorities change.
• Professional proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Experience managing cybersecurity or technology projects from the planning stage through implementation and delivery.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple concurrent technical and non-technical workstreams.
• Experience leading client-facing project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and executive status updates.
• Skilled in developing and maintaining project governance documents such as project plans, RAID logs, status reports, milestone plans, and executive dashboards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment where priorities may shift rapidly and establishing project processes, governance, or documentation in the absence of existing frameworks.
• Experience managing projects related to cybersecurity areas such as IAM/IGA, Network Security, Threat & Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, GRC, Zero Trust, or Organizational Change Management.
