This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs for cybersecurity and technology initiatives.
• Create and uphold comprehensive project plans, RAID logs, and governance structures.
• Facilitate project team meetings, client check-ins, and executive status updates across various sectors, including Financial Services, Healthcare, and Government.
• Proactively identify, monitor, and address risks and issues; escalate as necessary to program leadership.
• Oversee daily client interactions and act as the main operational point of contact.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams that integrate technical cybersecurity delivery, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and program management.
• Provide updates on project health, financials, and progress toward milestones to leadership and client stakeholders.
• Adapt to additional responsibilities as required — flexibility is essential.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent professional experience in project management is also acceptable.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in consulting, cybersecurity, or professional services.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects across both technical and non-technical domains.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus; Scrum Master or Lean Six Sigma certifications are also valued.
