This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of the project roadmap and delivery schedules.
• Establish and monitor project objectives, timelines, and success indicators.
• Identify potential risks and proactively resolve obstacles.
• Act as the Scrum Master for the technical team, guiding agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Monitor team velocity to ensure progress on stories is efficient.
• Ensure compliance with agile standards, including 'Definition of Ready' and 'Definition of Done.'
• Work closely with stakeholders to collect and clarify project requirements.
• Assist in the development of detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and work breakdown structures.
• Advocate for the customer's perspective, ensuring the final solution meets their expectations.
• Review team outputs before client presentations to guarantee quality and alignment.
• Organize internal sprint demonstrations to collect team feedback.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads and engineers to synchronize technical objectives and delivery schedules.
• Aid in the creation of technical documentation, ensuring it aligns with project aims.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, promoting transparency and alignment.
• Provide sprint reports and updates, emphasizing progress, risks, and pivotal decisions.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability and ownership within the team.
• Assist team members by removing barriers and enhancing productivity.
• Foster a collaborative, streamlined, and efficient project atmosphere.
• Constantly seek ways to enhance processes and workflows.
• Advocate for a lean and cost-effective approach to project management.
• Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) or a comparable mix of education and professional experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager.
• In-depth understanding of Agile Scrum principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies with multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
