This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Lead comprehensive program planning and execution across various interdisciplinary teams.
• Facilitate strategic cross-functional planning, guiding discovery and prioritization alongside product and engineering leaders to create program plans.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to establish project milestones, monitor progress, manage inter-team dependencies, allocate resources, mitigate risks, and maintain effective communication.
• Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles to enhance momentum and advancement.
• Recognize communication gaps, spearhead issue resolution, and assist teams in managing competing priorities.
• Engage with stakeholders and product managers to convert requirements into technological specifications that drive software development from design to deployment and adoption.
• Work together to define the technical architecture for services and support technical implementation and integration efforts.
• Document project plans for cross-team initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to the metrics and operational enhancements of the product and team.
• Create and maintain a repository of project management templates and best practices.
• Analyze business data and technical trade-offs to establish direction and focus in uncertain situations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical project management, directly collaborating with software engineering teams.
• More than 5 years of experience in a technology company, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• At least 3 years of experience leading software development projects with defined schedules and deadlines.
• Direct experience with iterative or agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in program delivery and managing complex initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project planning, road mapping, and issue tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Roadmunk.
• Advanced proficiency in English is required.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration with US clients.
