Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Middle East.

📋 Description

• Define, uphold, and implement project scope in accordance with the established project plan and budget.

• Oversee teams of technology professionals to guarantee overall project success.

• Conduct stakeholder management and execute a communication strategy that is both customer-focused and expertise-driven.

• Deliver projects utilizing the advantages of Agile and/or Hybrid Agile methodologies.

• Facilitate Agile rituals to a degree that is beneficial and adds value to the team.

• Ensure effective task management, distribution, and delivery in collaboration with the technical lead.

• Identify and oversee project risks, opportunities, and priorities.

• Generate reports on executed projects (brief report for VP Delivery).

• Deliver outcomes in alignment with the customer's pre-defined SDLC.

• Guide and contribute to the documentation provided (Solution Design, Technical Design, etc.).

• Oversee and manage the release schedule, scope, and completeness, coordinating the efforts of the DevOps stream.

• Contribute to change management on both the project level and within the Leadex Systems organization.

• Act as a shield for the team and a reliable advisor for the customer.

• Be prepared to assist in gathering and refining requirements when necessary.

• Steer your team through the project and provide coaching as needed.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to support their success in the project and their career growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in team management and project management.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Agile and Hybrid Agile delivery methodologies.

• Strong technical background: your stakeholders are CIOs who occasionally discuss code and APIs.

• Proficient in system analysis and business analysis skills.

• Jira + Confluence power user.

• Experience in creating technical documentation for enterprise-level clients.

• Strong understanding of enterprise SDLC and best practices in release management.

• Proficient spoken English: B2 level or higher.
