Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee Program Delivery Across Various Workstreams: You will coordinate teams across different time zones, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, schedules, priorities, and dependencies to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.

• Serve as a Trusted Partner for Clients and Internal Teams: You will act as the technical liaison for client stakeholders, fostering trustworthy relationships through transparency, clarity, and consistent follow-through.

• Convert Vision into Execution: You will be responsible for the tactical implementation of strategic initiatives.

• Promote Alignment, Visibility & Collaboration: You will conduct effective standups, retrospectives, and steering meetings.

• Propel Continuous Improvement: Your role will go beyond managing timelines; you will contribute to enhancing our delivery processes.

• Lead Through Influence Rather Than Control: You will provide structure, inspire accountability, offer guidance, and eliminate obstacles, enabling teams to perform at their best while maintaining our standards of quality and care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in technical program or delivery management roles within software or tech consulting environments.

• A technical background or hands-on experience in software development.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-team, and multi-stakeholder programs.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

• Exceptional client-facing communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity.

• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative spirit - you excel in teamwork, not control.

• Comfortable with remote work, asynchronous tools, and distributed teams.

• Strong structured problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

• Bonus points for experience in consulting or professional services environments.
