Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collect requirements, outline roles and responsibilities, create project charters, timelines, communication strategies, and risk management plans.

• Supervise project execution, manage stakeholder expectations, allocate resources, coordinate with third parties, and oversee changes in scope, schedule, and budget.

• Monitor performance relative to timelines and budgets, report updates to both internal and external stakeholders, and keep project documentation up to date.

• Secure client approval, complete documentation, and facilitate post-project reviews for continuous process enhancement.

• Implement and set up technical integrations for SaaS platforms, including SSO, APIs, data systems (HRIS, SIS, etc.), user roles, and permissions.

• Provide guidance to clients on content migration, LTI app configuration, and customization utilizing JavaScript or CSS.

• Develop solutions to improve AI-driven efficiencies, maintain technical documentation, and assist clients in effectively utilizing APIs.

• Assist customers with technical planning and setup, and engage in internal projects aimed at team development and innovation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Experience in designing and documenting SaaS integrations and solutions.

• Knowledge of identity provider systems and API integration.

• Proficiency in online collaboration tools (Google Suite, web conferencing).

• Demonstrated capability to prioritize tasks based on timelines and business significance.

• Programming knowledge (in any language) would be a valuable asset.
