This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver product and software training to sales teams in the U.S. and Canada, channel partners, and end-users/customers.
• Create and update training materials, documentation, and deployment procedures.
• Facilitate information exchange with iLOQ Technical Managers in various regions.
• Offer on-site and remote project management assistance while keeping stakeholders consistently updated on project progress.
• Provide technical sales support and collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Services teams.
• Assist channel partners, enhance customer satisfaction, and stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
• Plan and manage technical projects from initiation to deployment, closure, and customer transition.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and escalation items, providing regular status updates.
• Support installers, integrators, and channel partners during the rollout, programming, commissioning, and live operations.
• Ensure that installations and project deliverables align with iLOQ standards, quality criteria, and best practices.
• Act as the escalation point for intricate field and project challenges, coordinating resolution with internal teams.
• Gather feedback from customers, installers, and partners, converting it into structured input for Product Management and R&D.
• Assist in the evaluation, coordination, and readiness for deployment of key software integrations pertinent to North American verticals.
• Keep precise project, support, and training documentation, including lessons learned and action items for improvement.
• Conduct site surveys and technical evaluations to aid project planning, deployment readiness, and solution compatibility.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in a technical training role within a similar product sector (EAC, door entry, locks, access control, smart locks, etc.).
• A technical degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong project management capabilities with experience collaborating across divisions and internationally, including with outsourced integration engineering firms.
• Solid understanding of contemporary mobile technologies, digitalization trends, and electromechanical digital solutions.
• Strong IT skills, including familiarity with APIs and software integrations.
• Experience in product management, R&D, or sales is preferred.
• Background in supporting channel sales and various customer segments is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills (both oral and written).
• A methodical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• A positive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and global offices.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for complex problem-solving and time management.
