This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

• Lead and oversee technical projects centered on automation and the implementation of AI technologies.

• Design and manage workflows utilizing tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or comparable platforms.

• Facilitate the integration of LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) into organizational processes.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to outline project scope and deliverables.

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.

• Track project timelines, budgets, and performance indicators.

• Identify potential risks, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure seamless project execution.

• Enhance workflows and processes for efficiency and scalability.

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress.

• Over 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a related position.

• Demonstrated experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.).

• Practical experience with LLMs and AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar).

• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and system architecture.

• Experience in managing remote technical teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to balance technical expertise with business outcomes.

• Background in SaaS, AI startups, or automation-centric environments.

• Experience with prompt engineering and designing AI workflows.

• Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar languages).

• Familiarity with CRM systems and data pipeline management.
