This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Facilitate client onboarding sessions to collect requirements and establish project scopes.

• Configure and oversee intricate AI workflows and automations utilizing platforms such as GoHighLevel and n8n.

• Execute hands-on modifications to existing systems, including prompt engineering and logic enhancements.

• Employ LLM tools (OpenAI, Claude) to craft prompts and create simple automation strings.

• Act as the main point of contact for client feedback, addressing technical issues, and prioritizing bug resolutions.

• Work collaboratively with the AI Engineering team to support more complex technical implementations.

• Oversee timelines and manage expectations to ensure projects remain on schedule and deliver significant ROI for clients.

• Experience in software, automation, or AI system management.

• Technical expertise with tools such as GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier, or comparable automation platforms.

• Practical knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) and the fundamentals of effective prompt design.

• Strong project management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to organize multiple workstreams.

• Exceptional English communication skills with a professional, confident, and clear speaking style.

• Capacity to work comfortably during EST business hours.

• A "solution-oriented" approach with the technical knowledge to discuss AI architecture with both developers and clients.

• Prior experience in an agency setting or a fast-paced startup.
