Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic projects and programs related to corporate architecture and technology.

• Coordinate teams across architecture, engineering, infrastructure, security, and business areas.

• Ensure alignment between technological investments, corporate objectives, and architectural roadmaps.

• Oversee governance activities, planning, risk management, and executive oversight.

• Manage budgets, resources, dependencies, and schedules for the programs under your responsibility.

• Drive strategic technology initiatives focused on corporate architecture, digital transformation, application modernization, and technological evolution within financial sector organizations.

• Collaborate with executive leadership, technical teams, and business areas to connect strategy, architecture, and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced English for communication with global teams and stakeholders.

• Experience in managing technology projects and programs.

• Solid experience leading corporate architecture initiatives, technology strategy, and digital transformation.

• Proven track record in managing complex large-scale technology programs.

• Experience with governance, strategic planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Background in coordinating multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, infrastructure, security, and business.

• Experience in application modernization initiatives and cloud transformation.

• Ability to align business objectives with technological and architectural roadmaps.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executive leadership.

• Advantage: experience in financial institutions, banks, fintechs, insurance companies, asset managers, or wealth managers.

• Advantage: prior experience in global consulting firms.

• Advantage: experience in financial services, particularly Wealth & Asset Management.
