Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in managing elluminate® implementation projects independently throughout the entire project lifecycle by consistently applying PMI-compliant and eCS-required methodologies, standards, and best practices.

• Efficiently oversee multiple software implementation projects at once, ensuring that appropriate documentation is created and maintained, project risks are addressed through a collaborative team approach, and client satisfaction remains a top priority.

• Work alongside internal and external subject matter experts to ensure a smooth elluminate integration, quick system adoption, effective end-user utilization, and the highest quality of professional services provided to our clients.

• Perform other assigned duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in a health sciences or analytical field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in systems/software project management within a clinical, biomedical, or software setting.

• Experience in clinical data management is preferred.

• Outstanding multi-tasking and time management abilities, including the capacity to effectively allocate resources for competing priorities and adapt to evolving client needs.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with audiences at all levels of eClinical Solutions and client organizations.

• A strong commitment to employing operational standards, PMI methodologies, and best practices, focusing on process efficiency and opportunities for revenue growth.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, etc.) and collaborative platforms such as MS Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

• Experience in managing client projects centered on technical deployments, system implementations, and/or data management and reporting.

• Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical trial methodologies, CRO partnerships, and EDC systems (Medidata, Rave).
