Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for leading technological projects, ensuring that technical solutions align with our clients' business needs.

• You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, applying agile methodologies to optimize processes and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions in areas such as Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, and cloud services.

• Through effective communication and proactive risk management, you will contribute to project success and client satisfaction, driving the organization's strategic objectives.

• Lead and manage technology projects and solutions from conception (Kick-off) to delivery, ensuring completion within defined time, scope, and budget.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into clear technical and functional requirements.

• Develop and maintain a detailed project lifecycle, utilizing agile methodologies such as SCRUM (epics, features, user stories, and well-defined tasks) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Direct and motivate multifunctional teams, including developers, data analysts, and other technical professionals, to achieve project objectives.

• Effectively manage project risks, identifying and proactively mitigating potential issues.

• Establish and maintain clear and regular communication with all stakeholders, including internal and external clients, to ensure transparency and alignment at all project stages.

• Collaborate with technical teams to deeply understand proposed technological solutions and ensure their feasibility and alignment with client business objectives.

• Provide hypercare support during the initial implementation phase of solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and client satisfaction.

• Monitor and update work plans, backlogs, budgets, reports, and track project billing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced English is essential (B2+ or C1 level), with the current ability to engage in technical and business conversations.

• Professional experience of 8 to 10 years, including at least 5 years leading technological projects, preferably in consulting or IT services.

• Prior experience in a technical role, ideally as a BI Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Architect, or Business Analyst.

• Up-to-date technical knowledge in: Business Intelligence (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau), Data Analytics and Data Science, Cloud Services (Azure), and administrative management in Azure DevOps (backlog, sprints, user stories, etc.).

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate multifunctional teams toward common objectives.

• Proficient in risk management and crisis resolution in projects.

• Practical experience in agile methodologies (SCRUM), with preferred certifications (desirable Scrum Master).

• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with technical profiles and executives (including C-Level).

• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements.

• Advanced analytical skills and a proactive approach to risk management and project control.

• Additional certifications in project management (preferably PMP) will be considered an advantage.
