• Assist in the deployment of impactful software solutions for the Financial Services and Data Delivery sector in North America.
• Facilitate the planning and coordination of daily tasks with team members throughout the FSD organization.
• Oversee project implementation phases.
• Function as a technical project manager for client project implementations ranging from small to large scale.
• Coordinate efforts with multiple delivery teams operating across organizational boundaries while utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Provide task assignments, guidance, and direction to the project team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Lead technology-driven projects and oversee the daily operations of the department.
• Address communication challenges and cultivate relationships with your team at all organizational levels.
• Create artifacts and templates, engage in process improvement initiatives, and establish standards.
• Occasionally travel domestically.
• BA/BS degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 3 years in a technical project management role.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in executive status reporting and facilitating steering committee meetings.
• Critical experience with Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple team members and teams.
• Experience in large-scale technology modernization and managing cloud-based platforms.
• Involvement in technical implementations at the architectural level, along with the ability to propose technical alternatives.
• Extensive domain and technical knowledge related to analytics.
• Familiarity with the complete software development life cycle.
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, transactional systems, and architecture.
• Experience in a consulting capacity with financial institutions.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, AI applications, SmartSheet, automation, or similar technologies.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
