• Lead initiatives focused on delivering decision-making, analytical, fraud detection, and identity solutions.

• Implement impactful software solutions tailored for the financial services sector.

• Coordinate and plan daily activities in collaboration with partners.

• Manage project implementations that may extend beyond twelve months.

• Ensure the success of the project team while navigating organizational boundaries.

• Drive technology-enabled projects, evaluate workflows, and establish deadlines.

• Serve as Experian's representative in client meetings and provide executive status updates.

• Cultivate partnerships and foster trust throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree accompanied by over 4 years of relevant experience.

• More than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.

• Background as a Project Manager, with PMP certification preferred.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale technology modernization efforts.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, cloud platforms, and architectural solutions.

• Experience overseeing end-to-end program delivery throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.

• Experience in advising partners and facilitating executive-level reporting.
