Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead and orchestrate technical projects from inception to completion.

• Oversee project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies to guarantee successful outcomes.

• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

• Facilitate the onboarding, training, and adoption of technical processes and tools.

• Offer guidance and assistance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Create and sustain project documentation, process manuals, and operational best practices.

• Monitor project performance and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement and increased efficiency.

• Track project milestones, provide status updates, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Aid in organizational change management efforts, including communications, training, and documentation.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to align project objectives and priorities.

• Contribute to business development initiatives by supplying technical project insights and supporting customer interactions when needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of experience in managing technical projects or programs.

• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with data, reporting, or technical systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred: Background in engineering, manufacturing, technology, or operations-focused settings.

• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, databases, or cloud-based technologies.

• Understanding of process improvement methodologies and project management best practices.

• Relevant project management or quality certifications.
