Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of all customer communications throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring both transparency and client satisfaction.

• Schedule and lead internal and kickoff meetings, onboarding both the team and customers for effective project delivery.

• Create and oversee the project lifecycle utilizing Jira boards, ensuring that all tasks are tracked and completed within deadlines.

• Provide consistent project updates to leadership, customers, and AWS sellers, keeping all stakeholders informed.

• Review and approve timesheets from the delivery team to ensure accurate billing and project tracking.

• Update team allocation boards in Clockify to promote efficient resource management.

• Drive successful outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction as the project owner.

• Focus on three key performance indicators: maintaining project budgets, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving CSAT scores of 8 or higher.

• Manage the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

• Conduct project retrospectives as necessary to identify areas for improvement.

• Acknowledge changes in project scope and facilitate the creation of change orders to manage these changes effectively.

• Monitor and drive project budgets and timelines, ensuring that objectives are met.

• Maintain a risk register and develop proactive mitigation plans to address potential risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in managing AWS professional services engagements.

• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is preferred.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.

• Experience with Jira for project management is essential.

• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and internal teams.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Clockify or similar time-tracking tools is an advantage.
