Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage and oversee all customer communications throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.

• Organize and conduct internal meetings and kickoff calls, onboarding both the team and customers for successful project delivery.

• Develop and oversee the lifecycle of projects utilizing Jira boards, guaranteeing that all tasks are monitored and completed punctually.

• Provide consistent project updates to leadership, customers, and AWS sellers, ensuring that all stakeholders remain informed.

• Review and authorize delivery team timesheets to ensure precise billing and project tracking.

• Update allocation boards for teams in Clockify, promoting efficient resource management.

• Act as the project owner, steering delivery towards successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.

• Focus on three primary KPIs: maintaining the project within budget, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving CSAT scores of 8 or higher.

• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring successful delivery for each.

• Conduct retrospectives as necessary to identify areas for enhancement and foster continuous improvement.

• Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring financial and temporal targets are achieved.

• Maintain a risk register and formulate mitigation plans to proactively address potential project risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in managing AWS professional services engagements.

• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is preferred.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.

• Experience utilizing Jira for project management is essential.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Clockify or similar time-tracking tools is advantageous.
