This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams, products, and workstreams.
• Maintain centralized accountability for timelines, dependencies, risks, and integration points.
• Ensure that both Agile and non-Agile teams remain aligned towards a common go-live date and defined business outcomes.
• Facilitate significant strategic programs that necessitate collaboration across various teams and functions.
• Define the program’s scope, objectives, and success metrics.
• Create delivery roadmaps that link multiple workstreams and Agile teams.
• Establish clear governance for the program, including regular check-ins, executive updates, and risk assessments.
• Manage vendor timelines, contract deliverables, and integration milestones.
• Synchronize the efforts of product teams, IT functions, and business units.
• Identify dependencies and integration points across platforms such as ERP, Salesforce, and digital solutions.
• Ensure that every team comprehends its role in achieving the overarching program objective.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management, technical project management, or a similar leadership role in delivery.
• Proven track record in leading large, intricate, and cross-functional initiatives across various teams, technologies, and business domains.
• Strong capability to manage program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and integration points from inception to delivery.
• Experience in collaborating with business, product, technology, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Practical knowledge of Agile delivery principles with experience working in both Agile and non-Agile teams.
• Demonstrated capability to establish governance frameworks, facilitate check-ins, and deliver clear executive-level status reports.
• Experience in coordinating external vendors, contract deliverables, and integration milestones.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect strategic objectives to daily execution.
