Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee business process analysis, software development, and intricate technology transformation initiatives across diverse teams.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently, ranging from minor initiatives to extensive, multi-phase programs.

• Create and sustain comprehensive project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk registers that align with the project's scope and complexity.

• Provide proactive leadership for cross-functional teams, emphasizing schedule adherence, scope management, quality assurance, and clear communication.

• Cultivate a highly collaborative project atmosphere while promoting strong cross-departmental relationships.

• Perform project risk assessments and communicate mitigation strategies proactively.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, overseeing delivery from the initial concept to the final implementation.

• Organize and lead project meetings to ensure alignment, accountability, and tracking of progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, managing multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

• At least 3 years of experience with enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.).

• Proven experience in managing complex technology transformation projects.

• Familiarity with managing projects in a Hybrid Project Methodology environment.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and project planning abilities.

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and relevant project experience in both agile and hybrid settings.

• Capable of working semi-autonomously, meeting deadlines, and excelling in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in using Jira, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
