Technical Project Manager – AI Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee AI-driven workflows and automation using tools such as **Go High Level, n8n, Zapier**, or similar platforms.

• Continuously enhance existing automation systems and processes through iterative improvements.

• Create and optimize prompts utilizing LLM tools like **OpenAI (ChatGPT)** and **Claude**.

• Spearhead client onboarding, collect requirements, and convert them into actionable workflows.

• Handle client communication, feedback loops, and provide ongoing support.

• Diagnose issues, prioritize resolutions, and ensure timely fixes.

• Collaborate closely with AI Engineers to adopt more sophisticated solutions.

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in **operations, project management, or AI/automation systems**.

• Practical experience with tools such as **Go High Level, n8n, Zapier**, or comparable automation platforms.

• Understanding of **LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude)** and fundamental principles of prompt engineering.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in **client-facing roles** with the ability to effectively manage expectations.

• Capacity to work remotely with **time zone overlap** as necessary.

• Bonus: Experience in SaaS, AI startups, or technical operations.
