This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery for designated Agentic AI customer projects, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
• Operate the pod (TPM + FDE + Agent Architect) as a unified delivery unit with clear accountability.
• Choose and implement the appropriate delivery methodology (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid) based on the customer's context and risk profile.
• Lead project planning activities, including work breakdown, dependencies, critical path, and resource allocations among internal and partner teams.
• Keep the project plan, RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and change log up to date.
• Act as the main delivery contact for project sponsors, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular governance meetings, such as status calls, steering committees, UAT readouts, and go-live reviews.
• Convert technical complexities into clear business implications for executive stakeholders.
• Oversee scope and change requests, ensuring that commercial and delivery impacts are comprehended and agreed upon.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure integration readiness, environment setup, performance, and production stability.
• Work with Agent Architects on discovery, agent design, prompt/context strategy, and conversational tuning.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Support to guarantee a smooth customer journey from sales handoff through to BAU operations.
• When partners are involved (SI/GSI/BPO), manage co-delivery responsibilities, expectations, and escalation processes.
• Plan and facilitate sprints, retros, and sprint reviews for Agile/hybrid projects; lead stage-gate reviews for Waterfall projects.
• Uphold documentation standards (Charter, Design Docs, Runbooks, Handover Docs).
• Ensure that risk and compliance requirements (security reviews, data governance, regulatory constraints) are documented and integrated into the plan.
• Define and monitor deployment KPIs, including: Time to Blueprint, Time to First Agent in UAT, Time to Go-Live, Milestone On-Time Rate, and trends in defects and incidents during QA/UAT and Hypercare.
• Communicate delivery status, risk posture, and mitigation strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide data for capacity and utilization models to support planning and staffing decisions.
• 5–8+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or delivery management for SaaS or enterprise software.
• Practical experience in delivering solutions involving at least one of the following: Contact Center / CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, IVA/IVR, or similar CX platforms.
• Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders (IT, Security, Operations, Business Owners).
• Strong understanding of software delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall) and the appropriate contexts for their application.
• Proficient in project planning tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday, MS Project, Smartsheet) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Miro).
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• A demonstrated history of managing multiple concurrent projects with global, distributed teams.
