Project Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to comprehend project requirements and goals.

• Create comprehensive plans and designs for formwork and shoring systems in accordance with project specifications and structural needs, utilizing industry-standard software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to produce precise drawings, models, and calculations.

• Offer technical expertise and support to project teams and clients concerning formwork and shoring solutions.

• Work alongside engineers, architects, and construction professionals to tackle technical challenges and enhance project performance.

• Determine and choose suitable formwork and shoring materials based on project specifications, budget limitations, and site conditions.

• Ensure compliance of formwork and shoring systems with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Oversee project progress, recognize potential risks or delays, and implement corrective measures as necessary to maintain project schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in formwork and shoring design, preferably within the construction sector.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), structural analysis tools, and project management applications.

• Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a significant advantage.
