This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Play a vital role in connecting business, product, agency, delivery, reporting, and technical teams to guarantee that client work is thoroughly understood, planned, documented, resourced, and executed.
• Convert business requirements into organized delivery artifacts, which include process flows, checklists, task plans, implementation steps, reporting needs, and handoff documentation.
• Collaborate closely with agency and client delivery teams to outline the essential steps needed for each client engagement.
• Identify technical and operational dependencies, manage scheduled work, and ensure that resource assignments are practical and aligned with team capacity.
• Assist in preventing overcommitment, minimizing rework, and reinforcing a stable workflow for task completion.
• Act as a gatekeeper for new requests and capabilities, involving business and product leaders for review.
• Maintain a consistent process for intake, planning, execution, QA, reporting, and delivery readiness for every client implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related area.
• Over 8 years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects and achieving results.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with the ability to motivate and align teams.
• Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at every level.
• In-depth understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape within the life sciences industry.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
