Technical Project Consultant – Legal Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in the deployment of the legal software and oversee implementation projects from initial planning to successful go-live.

• Evaluate customer requirements and create suitable solution and implementation concepts.

• Facilitate workshops, document requirements, and coordinate their execution.

• Manage project timelines, milestones, resources, and associated risks.

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and product, development, and support teams.

• Aid in data migrations, system configurations, and specific customer needs.

• Address complex customer inquiries through 2nd-level support.

• Investigate technical error patterns and assist with root cause analysis in databases, log files, and existing systems.

• Collaborate with technical teams to devise sustainable solutions.

• Assist customers with technical inquiries regarding the software solutions.

• Guide customers throughout their entire lifecycle up to productive use.

• Provide training sessions and user workshops.

• Identify areas for optimization and advise customers on the advancement of their processes.

• Ensure long-term customer success with the solutions provided.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within a software environment.

• Degree in an IT-related discipline or an equivalent qualification; a legal background is advantageous.

• Proficient with project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Wrike.

• Strong technical knowledge of software applications, databases, and system architectures.

• Practical SQL skills with the capability to create and analyze database queries.

• Ideally, experience in technical troubleshooting and the ability to navigate existing code structures.

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.

• Organized and analytical approach to work.

• Confident communication skills with customers and various stakeholders.

• Experience in SaaS, software, or legal-tech environments is a plus.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or collaboration with international teams.

• Proficiency in French is an added advantage.
