This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee intricate, cross-disciplinary technical programs that encompass hardware, infrastructure, IT systems, and operational preparedness.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, operations, IT, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on goals, dependencies, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Introduce clarity and organization to intricate workstreams by outlining program plans, success metrics, and execution strategies.
• Develop and uphold repeatable, scalable systems and processes, balancing long-term operational excellence with immediate pragmatism.
• Identify and manage risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure prompt escalation of critical issues.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels to promote trust, shared responsibility, and transparent decision-making.
• Ensure all teams comprehend their roles, responsibilities, and expectations, fostering shared clarity regarding deliverables and the strategic direction of the program.
• Facilitate effective communication, ensuring that technical concepts are appropriately conveyed to diverse audiences.
• Propel operational readiness, coordinating with both technical and non-technical teams to confirm that hardware, infrastructure, and IT systems are prepared for deployment.
• Monitor and report on program progress, utilizing data and narrative to effectively communicate status, decisions, and risks to leadership.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across teams engaged in program execution.
• A minimum of 8 years of Technical Program Management experience in the IT or technology vendor sector.
• Practical experience with hardware solutions, hardware lifecycle management, or hardware-dependent infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure build projects (e.g., data centers, edge deployments, network installations, or similar initiatives).
• Proven history of driving cross-functional alignment among engineering and operational teams.
• Demonstrated capability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or rapidly-evolving technical programs.
• Experience in establishing scalable systems, workflows, and governance, while being comfortable initiating with manual or lightweight approaches.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
• Proven skills in managing risks, dependencies, and detailed plans across multiple teams.
