Technical Program Manager – Reporting & Audit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and redesign reporting workflows - identify requirements, eliminate redundancies, lessen manual efforts, and enhance reliability.

• Establish internal operational reports and control dashboards for essential processes - including throughput, SLA, backlog, exceptions, losses, and controls.

• Take charge of audit and regulatory preparedness - including metric definitions, traceability, completeness and timeliness controls, evidence expectations, and change governance.

• Manage reporting artifacts - encompassing metric definitions, report specifications, applicable data mappings, lineage or traceability notes, acceptance criteria, and test cases for vital reports.

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the launch of critical reporting - including demonstrations, training, defect triage support, and coordination.

• Collaborate with Data Analysts and data platform teams to convert needs into datasets and dashboards; ensure stakeholder alignment on definitions.

• Own Reporting & Audit as a product - defining scope, priorities, and outcomes, along with shaping and prioritizing the roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a TPM, BA, SA, or Reporting Product Owner within the banking or fintech sector.

• Proficient in reporting and KPI design - including metric definition and stakeholder alignment.

• Knowledge of auditability principles - including traceability, evidence, control monitoring, and governance.

• Strong grasp of agile delivery methodologies and familiarity with Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tools).

• Proactive attitude - recognizes gaps, suggests solutions, and drives enhancements with a strong sense of ownership.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
