Technical Program Manager – Platform Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee platform integrations with utility clients and vendors, guaranteeing timely delivery of a range of integration projects.

• Advocate for the benefits of EnergyHub’s platform APIs and integrations by effectively communicating key use cases and the overall integration process.

• Provide access to API documentation, sandbox environments, and testing protocols to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the integration procedure.

• Create standardized playbooks for the integration of platform systems.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that clients and partners grasp the critical path and remain on schedule.

• Facilitate successful integrations and launches by coordinating with external cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in technical program management, product management, developer relations, or similar fields.

• Proficiency in demand response, API integrations, and communication protocols.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging with customers and partners/vendors, while leading technical and implementation discussions.

• Familiarity with REST API architecture, status codes, and authentication methods.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders while utilizing existing resources.

• Ability to articulate complex issues and needs in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to influence and drive change.

• Experience with cloud-based SaaS products.
