• Establish order amidst disorder by developing, executing, and maintaining appropriately scaled processes that empower the organization through defined workflows, communication channels, and reporting mechanisms.
• Assist organizational leaders in formulating effective objectives (OKRs) and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to decompose work into portfolios, programs, and workstreams.
• Ensure both vertical and horizontal alignment and transparency at the right levels and at the right times across all programs, projects, and services.
• Ensure achievement of the highest-level objectives by motivating program and project teams to meet expected delivery goals (OKRs).
• Facilitate governance within their teams, implementing recognized governance processes and patterns with minimal guidance, and manage escalations from start to finish.
• Propel organizational change across large teams by independently identifying and executing process enhancements.
• Address volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous challenges by leading planning cycles and ensuring clarity regarding goals, schedules, milestones, and risks.
• Provide program management leadership within assigned programs, projects, and services.
• Collaborate effectively with all cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 6 - 8 years of project/program management or related experience.
• Over five years of experience in software engineering product development.
• Core skills and knowledge in Program Management:
• Communications & Stakeholder Management - Proficient level.
• Continuous Improvement - Development / nascent level.
• Execution & Governance - Advanced level.
• Managing Organizational Change - Development / nascent level.
• Planning - Advanced level.
• Expertise in fostering and maintaining team cohesion in a diverse environment while demonstrating workplace resilience in response to change and feedback.
