This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the entire lifecycle of camera deployment initiatives, starting from the initial planning phase to installation and go-live.

• Carry out on-site installations of camera hardware and related equipment, ensuring that systems are correctly configured and functional at customer sites.

• Perform scheduled and reactive on-site maintenance visits to examine, service, and resolve hardware and software issues, collaborating with engineering teams to determine root causes and implement solutions.

• Develop and oversee program and field schedules, which include installation timelines, maintenance periods, and technician dispatch, while identifying risks and escalating mitigation strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate across various departments including Site Development, Field Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to guarantee successful execution.

• Interact with clients to provide updates, align on requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Aid in establishing station coverage plans based on client requirements and operational factors.

• Offer on-call support on a rotational basis to address critical field issues and system outages, with the capability to mobilize on-site as needed.

• Discover opportunities to enhance workflows by utilizing existing tools and systems.

• Actively engage in on-the-ground execution and address critical path challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Field Operations, or a comparable role within a cross-functional setting.

• Proven experience in supporting integrated hardware/software programs throughout deployment and operational phases.

• Technical proficiency to collaborate with engineering teams and conduct hands-on troubleshooting in the field.

• Comfort with working across departments including operations, sales, and customer-facing teams.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of providing updates to stakeholders and customers.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive, ownership-focused approach.

• Familiarity with process documentation and operational tools.

• Willingness to travel 40–60% of the time and participate in hands-on field work, including maintenance and on-call support rotations.
