Technical Program Manager – Data & Power Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and business objectives.

• Establish program governance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics.

• Proactively recognize risks, dependencies, and early indicators to avert issues before they affect delivery.

• Evaluate enterprise data to uncover trends, opportunities, and operational insights.

• Design and sustain scalable data models and workflows utilizing Microsoft Dataverse.

• Guarantee data quality, governance, security, and compliance.

• Create and enhance PowerApps and Power Automate solutions to optimize business processes.

• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to execute strategic initiatives.

• Effectively communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar position within a technology-oriented environment.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform: Dataverse, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI (including DAX).

• Background in data modeling, governance, and analytics.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Must possess hands-on AI experience, strong data modeling skills, proficiency in Power BI, and familiarity with JIRA.

• ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH REQUIRED (Will be assessed).

• If you are a foreign national residing in Mexico, you must hold a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.
