Data Engineer, Mid/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create, maintain, and enhance data pipelines utilizing Python.

• Design, construct, and uphold ETL/ELT processes.

• Develop integration solutions connecting various data sources.

• Organize and model data for Data Lake and Data Warehouse.

• Engage in the ingestion, transformation, and provision of data within an AWS environment.

• Oversee and enhance the performance of data pipelines and processes.

• Apply best practices in data engineering, including version control and code quality standards.

• Collaborate with teams in Analytics, BI, Data Science, and Development.

• Contribute to the definition of the architecture for cloud data solutions.

• Assist in incident resolution and the ongoing improvement of data platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mid or Senior Data Engineer.

• Proficiency in Python development.

• Experience in constructing data pipelines.

• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes.

• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Advanced SQL skills.

• Experience with AWS services such as: S3, Glue, Lambda, Athena, Redshift, EMR, IAM, CloudWatch, Step Functions (preferred).

• Understanding of Data Lake concepts.

• Experience with Git.
