Technical Program Manager – Data Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Engineering leaders to monitor and advance the execution of essential initiatives across various engineering teams and TPMs.

• Organize action items and program milestones from leadership meetings, ensuring accountability and prompt delivery.

• Assist teams in gathering and verifying progress reports, metrics, and updates prior to senior reviews to facilitate high-quality, efficient discussions.

• Develop and maintain program timelines and execution statuses to effectively communicate progress and dependencies.

• Encourage collaboration among hardware, software, and infrastructure teams to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines.

• Provide clarity and execution in complex and ambiguous environments by instilling structure, prioritization, and strong follow-through.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Leadership.

• Proven knowledge of Software (SW) and Data Center Hardware (DC HW) technologies.

• Expertise in project planning tools and monitoring progress against intricate timelines.

• Familiarity with software development processes, Agile / SCRUM methodologies, and release cycles.

• Understanding of data center operations, including compute, networking, and storage infrastructure at scale.

• Demonstrated capability to function effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced settings while providing structure and driving program execution.
