This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of product delivery execution for a growing number of squads.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Gradually empower teams to operate autonomously under a unified delivery standard.
• Define delivery cadences, criteria for completion, reporting protocols, and operational procedures.
• Bridge the gap between New York and Europe with an async-first operating model.
• Create written summaries of stand-ups and maintain a reliable log of decisions.
• Focus live ceremonies during the daily overlap window between New York and London.
• Identify and address cross-team dependencies among six squads and shared data/algorithm teams.
• Raise risks proactively before they impact program timelines.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to determine how work is executed.
• Monitor and report on throughput, predictability, cycle time, and alignment between roadmap and execution.
• Highlight delivery risks to product and engineering leadership.
• Keep Jira and Confluence updated as the authoritative source, ensuring clean epics, accurate timelines, and reliable reporting.
• Establish standards, cadences, and tools for consistent delivery across the product organization.
• Mentor engineering leads to effectively conduct daily ceremonies following established standards.
• Ensure delivery predictability and overall health throughout the product organization.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience driving delivery for multiple technical teams, either as a Technical Program Manager, senior Scrum Master across squads, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Proven experience in establishing or advancing a delivery function or agile practice.
• Demonstrated success in facilitating distributed teams across various time zones.
• Strong instincts for asynchronous communication and documentation.
• Proficient understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, including dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Exceptional facilitation skills and executive-level communication abilities.
• Technical fluency to engage in architecture and data discussions with engineering and data/algorithm teams.
• Ability to introduce discipline to teams that currently operate independently, influencing without direct authority.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to enhance reporting, documentation, and meeting summarization; skilled in effective prompting and validating outputs.
• Experience in fintech, capital markets, or RegTech, particularly within a data- or algorithm-intensive product environment (preferred).
• Familiarity with trade surveillance, transaction monitoring, or crypto/digital asset markets (preferred).
• Experience in establishing a delivery or PMO function within a scaling Series B/C company (preferred).
• Possession of a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM, PMP, or SAFe certification (preferred).
