Speech Language Pathologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assess, design, and manage tailored speech and language therapy plans.

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations of speech, language, and communication abilities.

• Create, track, and revise personalized treatment strategies.

• Deliver direct therapy aimed at achieving goals in speech, language, and social communication.

• Work collaboratively with and educate parents/caregivers to reinforce treatment objectives.

• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical personnel to provide integrated, interdisciplinary care.

• Maintain precise documentation and ensure timely updates in the electronic health record system.

• Engage in team meetings, mentorship initiatives, and professional development activities.

• Report directly to the Clinical Director.

• Deliver data-informed therapy that enhances communication, social language, and functional abilities for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.

• Experience with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (preferred).

• Knowledge of ABA-based or interdisciplinary treatment settings (preferred).

• Background in providing parent coaching and caregiver education (preferred).

• Availability Monday to Friday.
