This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of various projects and programs spanning product and engineering teams.
• Consistently assess scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations, and external partners.
• Facilitate both technical and business discussions while documenting notes to aid in informed decision-making.
• Establish governance processes, status reporting, and executive communication channels.
• Track program performance utilizing KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
• Assist in development and release cycles, encompassing production deployments, change management, breaking changes, and associated communications.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, financial institutions, and technology partners as necessary.
• 4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management.
• 2+ years of experience supporting fintech projects such as banking, payments, trading, or other financial services.
• Proficient understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale technical projects that involve distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and similar technologies.
• General knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks, including KYC, AML, Customer Risk Rating, and Watchlists.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Preferred: experience with embedded finance, financial APIs, cryptocurrency, or trading/brokerages.
• Preferred: familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Preferred: understanding of data security, fraud prevention, and risk management.
• Preferred: PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certification.
• Preferred: experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced fintech environments.
