This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain comprehensive program plans, including roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, decision points, ownership assignments, and success metrics across the Information Security portfolio.
• Oversee intricate initiatives that encompass identity and access management, vulnerability management, infrastructure hardening, compliance and assurance, data protection, incident preparedness, and secure software delivery.
• Collaborate with leaders from Information Security, IT, Infrastructure, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Privacy.
• Create and manage operational rhythms, such as program reviews, working sessions, dependency assessments, decision tracking, and executive status updates.
• Monitor commitments, risks, issues, dependencies, and obstacles; designate responsible parties and escalate with context, impact, and decision-making requirements.
• Convert business, technical, security, and regulatory goals into synchronized execution strategies.
• Lead cross-functional decision-making and trade-off conversations regarding scope, schedule, quality, resources, security, and customer effect.
• Record outcomes and ensure proper follow-up actions are taken.
• Create dashboards, metrics, and succinct reports for teams and senior leadership.
• Keep accurate records of decisions, actions, dependencies, ownership, and program status.
• Enhance program execution through scalable processes, automation, AI-driven workflows, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in independently leading complex security, privacy, risk, compliance, or enterprise IT programs from strategy to execution.
• Proficiency in program governance and operational frameworks, including portfolio planning, OKRs, dependency and risk management, and executive reporting.
• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing complex data and dashboards.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI to enhance engineering planning, execution, communication, and operational efficiency.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, analytics platforms, or cloud infrastructure is advantageous.
• Background in applying automation or AI solutions to boost planning, execution, reporting, communication, or operational efficiency.
• Relevant certifications in program management, security, cloud, or agile methodologies are a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, Scrum, AWS, Azure, or GCP are desirable.
