This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of infrastructure deployments for new capacity and site expansions from start to finish, which includes managing hardware vendor and OEM dependencies, updating architecture, establishing compute platform foundations, overseeing commissioning gates, and facilitating the delivery of the first customer cluster.
• Spearhead Deployment Phase 0 by setting firmware version targets, establishing commissioning gate criteria, and creating the DRI matrix.
• Oversee dependencies across various hardware generations, production programs, and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Manage real-time execution dashboards and provide data-informed updates to executives.
• Navigate cross-organizational dependencies proactively without waiting for escalation authority.
• Mentor junior Technical Program Managers (TPMs) on technical expertise, identifying risks, and effective executive communication.
• Propel the integration of AI tools across programs for effective program tracking, risk identification, and executive communication.
• Profound working knowledge of GPU and accelerator architecture across various hardware generations.
• Familiarity with the firmware lifecycle, including driver stacks, BIOS, and BMC.
• Understanding of compute orchestration, SDN, storage, networking, leaf-spine topology, ZTP, fabric commissioning, and monitoring/observability.
• Direct accountability for GPU or OEM certification and validation timelines.
• Daily engagement with AI tools for risk detection, dependency mapping, data analysis, and executive communication.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• Proven history of managing infrastructure deployment programs from inception to completion at a hyperscaler, GPU cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company.
• Preferably experienced in large-scale capacity expansion projects.
• Capability to establish deployment engagement models from the ground up and implement them across engineering teams.
• Track record of achieving cross-organizational alignment at the VP/SVP level without formal authority.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for delivering clear, data-driven, decision-oriented executive updates.
• Experience in defining or significantly redesigning commissioning gate frameworks is a plus.
• Experience in coaching or developing junior TPMs is an additional advantage.
